here are some new boat pics. the outside of the hull is essentially done, i just have lot's of sanding then lot's of painting to do. i could flip it over right now and put it in the water and it would float as good as it is going to. i guess, technically, that means that i have finished building my first boat. it's still a long way from the water though!

nice boat! looks uncomfortable riding on that little edge up on top though. looks kind of hard to keep from sliding into the water. oh wait, it's upside down! i get it.

i really want to go to alaska now... maybe next summer... will it be done by then? well by the end of next summer.. .i know yall are heading down soon...
