i hate heat!
so as we all know im the genius in the family, thats why i moved to sacramento... last night i got off work at 730, it was 102 outside.. by 10pm i went to the grocery store and it was 90 out.. and finally it cooled off by this morning.. when i headed out to work this morning it was a cool 84. what exactly was i thinking?

the high today is 58 i think.. the low 51. kinda overcast.. you know, stay at home and read a book kind of weather...
kinda sucks when i have to leave the ac on 24/7... oh ya question for my sibling nurses... what do yall think of working float pools, they have one thats fulltime with benefits at emmanual hospital in portland and the pay is nice. its only critical care pool.
i say do it! you'll get more and more experience that way and especially if its only critical care! do it!
well then there is always the option to go to ohsu just to cross train for peds. according to their website they have a decent program for experienced nurses that want to change specialties... so if and when i decide to go the peds route that might be an option.
Suck it up. It may get worse or who knows, it may get down to 101 before you know it.
It's already 83 degrees in the shade here and it is only 10:30.
John says it will be 100 today.:)
its supposed to be 112 today... its already 103
Boo Hoo Hoo! Stop whining we broke a record for us yesterday with 104 and today feels almost as hot with overcast skies and a little rain, nothing like a lot of heat and humidity to make your day extra special.

well i just got back from a lovely 6 mile hike in the rain. its 57 degree's... had to wear a hoodie! You know, to take the chill off... love caroline
ps.. we pick up the scout tomorrow!
