Just a few more...

Walk with team from train station back to Ramenskya complex

Me eating pickled pigs feet.

This picture of Dad and I was taken at the train station when we arrived in Nizhyn, 6:00AM after an eleven hour train ride. The sign in the background says Nizhyn in Russian. That is not how you spell it in Ukranian... interesting. Ukraine has been a country for about fifteen years and the Russian culture is still very evident.
We can share more when we get together.
Becky Ross, RN, where are you?
Love,
Mom and Dad

Mmmmmm. Pigs feet.
Between Tami's story about the duck head and you eating pig feet, I'm starting to feel like a spoiled eater over here in the US of A!

GO MOM! I'm so proud of you! I'm not a fan of weird body parts... the worst we had recently was pig ears... ikk! Not sure why some countries eat such strange body parts!! Gotta try it though... luckily these experiences are once in a lifetime and you won't have to eat them again probably EVER!
