Well it's canning time again. I'm trying new recipes this year and I'm at jar fifteen and counting.

We only have three more weeks until the Sierras so it'll be a short year. I'm still trying to decide if I can squeeze in a batch of saurkraut.

I'm sure your all eagerly awaiting the outcome.
