I haven't posted pictures in a while, so I thought I would post a few fun ones.
This is from a recent trip to Shanghai. China is known for it's fakes.... they are way out of control here. This is a great wanna be. For those who don't know, it is trying to be Crocodile... I found it humerous.
This next one is out of our bedroom window recently. They say that photographers in Beijing don't need filters on their cameras, as the pollution does a good job. :) I agree! The pollution recently has been sickening. Days and days of overcast that is pollution caused.... the best is reading the weather forecast. I have a tool bar on my Windows Explorer that always tells me the temperature and current weather condition... for the past several days it has been "Smoke." Right now is reads "16 F. Smoke" :) Gotta love it. Only in China is "Smoke" considered a weather condition!
And this is just beautiful.... again, in Shanghai. The window of this restaurant reads, "Dumplings Stuffed with the Ovary and Digestive Glands of a Crad." Yuuuuummmmy. :) Hope everyone is well. Thinking of you all~

well you just made my morning! I'm thinking that Mike and I should come while you're still there to get a load of those dumplings stuffed with ovary and glands of crad! I LOVE CRAD! Thanks for posting. Love you. I'm thinking we'll collide here in Long Beach when you two come back to the U.S yes?

I hope so! Our life here has had a few wrenches thrown into it recently.... we were planning to be back in the States in early-mid April. However, Billy's company loves him and wants to keep him (but not here in Beijing). They are a US company with offices all over the world, so we are now considering a position in LONDON! If that actually pans out (which is still in the VERY-IF stage) then we *may* not end up home for a visit until summer. Everything is way, WAY up in the air...... soooo, keep us in your thoughts. :) We aren't sure what we are doing yet... we should know in the next 6 weeks. If we do head back to Seattle, then we will definitely see you in LB-- which would be great!
I don't know, I heard it's tough to get really good crad ovaries in London and hardly any smoke days. If you do end up there though, Becky and I will have to try a visit seeing as we missed China. Maybe get those Alaska kids to go too, get'em out of that Ak-LB rut-- or is it a hole? Trough? Anyway, probably see you this summer for sure.

We enjoyed your pictures. Thank you for taking time. I found our camera... two of Mike and Caroline who were here for dinner tonight, but the battery died. Hope Dad has another battery. Will post tomorrow.
ya im thinking we may have missed the overy and glands dumplings.. sound just delicious... definately keep us updated on where yall are moving next! if its london we have been talking about going over there to visit kim and chris too so we could see you too. and someday you will meet my husband. haha..
