WOW! I am so impressed with your homemade 'kraut. How long does it have to sit before eating it? I will make kielbasa if you bring the 'kraut next time you come down. M
actually i might be heading up to roseburg (spelling?) in november for a week with a friend... just mihgt have to detour to portland to see you! otherwise i have a week off in january and think i might head up to see winter up there! =)
It took about five weeks in my kraut bucket-- a want to get a crock but they're a little spendy for now-- and it's ready if it didn't get contaminated. d
